...Synopsis...
A large-scale mid-level trough over the East will feature a
disturbance moving northeast across New England during the day, and
an upstream disturbance moving southeastward from the Upper Midwest
into the OH Valley. In the wake of a cold front, dry offshore flow
will prevail over the Southeast. Stable conditions will preclude
thunderstorm development over the Lower 48 states.
