Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms capable of hail and gusty winds are possible this evening into tonight across parts of the central and southern High Plains. ...Central/southern High Plains... Widely scattered strong to marginally severe thunderstorms will likely continue for a few hours this evening across portions of the central and southern High Plains. Steep midlevel lapse rates will continue to support occasional hail with the strongest cells. Isolated strong wind gusts will also be possible, especially with any clusters that may grow upscale for a time this evening.
